Pressure
to perform well academically, to manage finances and relationships, and
lack of time are just some of the stressors students face. Stress can
be a good thing when it acts as a motivator, helping you to accomplish
your goals. Success, in turn, builds confidence in your ability to
manage even more stress in your life.
However, too much stress or stress that is not managed effectively
can be detrimental to your wellbeing and your ability to focus on
achieving your goals.
